Infrastructure Plant

Spinning Division
Our Company has recently ventured into this section primarily for manufacturing of P.V., PSY yarn, Polyester Suitings and Polyester Yarn. Installation of the State-of-the-art machineries imported from Germany like Auto Coners and other latest machineries makes it an ultra modern unit. We have 14 Carding machines, 8 Draw frame, 5 Speed frame, 32 Ring frames, 7 Auto Coners and 18 T.F.O. We have extremely qualified and experienced people working for us, who, by experience understand the technicalities involved with the machines.

Machineries Suppliers in Spinning Division:

Ring Spinning:

• Total Spindles from Lakshmi Machine Works.
• Blow Room Line, Draw frames, Simplex and Ring Frames are also from LMV.

Post Spinning:

• Autoconners from Schlafhorst; and
• T.F.O's from Meera Industries.

Our total production of yarn is autoconed to have an edge over our competitors' product in terms of quality.


Weaving Division
In this division we have 90 latest high speed sulzar machines with Dobby & Cam. These are used for production of wide variety of suiting between 54 & 60 inch width. The typical GSM varies from 160 to 450. A variety of counts are used.



Texturising & Knitting Division
We have 4 latest Texturising machines from Alidhra Texspin Engineering, leader in the field of Texturising machines. POY is sourced from Reliance & Indorama to produce 80 Denier 36 Filament yarn on all 4 machines. All the above yarn are then converted into Knitted fabrics.

We have 55 Interlock and 5 Single Jersey Knitting machines from "Terrot", Germany Year China and Wellknit, for attaining international standards in our fabrics. The entire fabrics is dyed and finished in the In-House dyeing plant for knitting, which has the facility to dye 20 Tons of knitted fabrics per day.


Process Division
V.N.Dyers & Processors(P)Ltd has the most modern and sophistiated processing & dyeing unit with installed machine like: Stentors(Ehwa & Harish), jets, jigars drying range, Srinkage comfit machine etc, for dyeing & finishing 80000Mtrs of PV, PC and Polyester suiting fabrics per day.

We have facility of dyeing 20Tons of Knitted fabrics per day, machines like: Soft flow, Hydro, Rope opening cum slitting machines etc help us in producing Quality products.

Expansion Programme
V.N.Dyers & Processors(P)Ltd is planning another 20000 Spindles to double its production capacity and also planning to set up Ready Made Garment unit for making 5000pcs of Trousers and T-Shirt per day.
